cousin is going england for one two months? to travel, find work, play - budget style. cool

so mum, sis, cousins, aunts and i gonna send her off at 9plus, then the rest will send me off =]

will be gone till 8th june

anyway bought 2 books from the MPH expo sale. couldnt really stand the crowds so didnt bother to seasrch for more books

and yay thkfully both are rather good reads

cousin had this wedding dowry thing yesterday, lol so we had this big fat pig!

oh and he said he'll pay me $50 to play the piano at his wedding reception for one hour!

good money, but darn i've quit piano and havent played in months!!

bah. time to get those fingers moving, reading those blasted squiggly notes, all in the name of the GSS! heh

yup so we went to watch PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 3 yesterday night!!

figured that most probably we were the first in dhs to watch it hehe. but maybe we arent the only crazy ones

hm this sequel is somewhat long, around 2 hrs 40+ mins if i'm not wrong, and a tad confusing with the pirates betraying each other left and right

but nevertheless still action-packed and kinda GORY, with the usual witty jokes and funny moments in the midst of chaos

and of course, johnny depp as jack sparrow is still as charming and drunk as ever! =]
but kuku lichang cannot see that, she only have eyes for orlando bloom haha

ok not revealing anything more, lest seewei or qh throws me off a boat haha

and we celebrated lichang's birthday in the cinema and toilet! haha it was memorably funny

we're almost 4/5 done with The Guardian, it was about to reach the climax when the bell went off bleh.

oh yes. IDMI -. am not looking forward to it pft. so far my experiences with IDMI week havent been really pleasant, especially the first one when the teachers were kinda. mean.

Eds night yesterday was enjoyable

have never gone to one before, so yesterday was my first. hmm i saw sides of people i never thought i'll see haha.

mr ken was fabulous really, and so was the edited version of ice-cream truck! the last skit on shakespeare was hilarious. maybe that's how they should try to teach macbeth lol.

hmm and plenty of people-watching!

and discovered lotsa stuff and gossip within that three hours hehs.

all in all, it was really good, regret not going for the previous Eds night.

and all hail REGINA & ZONA & PETRINA, the three fab actresses of 3G! =]

highly exciting day, with lotsa screaming, and having adrenaline rush just being a spectator of interclass matches

won 3K 18:10, lost to 3F 14:8

shiying and zhangqian got injured, a certain referee was BLATANTLY BIASED, and lichang couldnt use her arms properly, and comint was sick

so next match, against 3L!

won 3J 4:0, won 3F but i dont know the score

was a pretty close fight between F and G, they actually maintained 0:0 till the end, so there were penalty kicks.

Elton scored the penalty kick!

and Yongseng scored three goals, gengzhi scored one for the match against J!

ok YESTERDAY!

gave mummy flowers early in the morning! =]

then we went to ah ma's house.

the three aunties (i.e mum and her two sis) absorbed in sewing

the rose made from ferrero rocher wrapper

and haha the HIGHLIGHT of the day:

we both felt damn weird all dressed up, cos we were afraid we would be under-dressed lol.
turned out the others were even more dressed up haha

the CHANDELIER! in the show, the phantom makes is crash down

and the guard kept asking seewei if she took pics, she felt darn yuan wang haha.

ok the show was just darn FANTASTIC. everything. and thankgoodness we had a bigass binoculars hehs.

it was so good, it had a standing ovation, and we clapped for more than 5 minutes!
they even came out for 3 curtain calls. gosh i have never clapped so long and hard for anything before i swear.

seewei and i dont mind seeing it again. anybody wish to sponsor? haha

bah it sucks to be sick, just one day before the level camp.

but still, die also have to somehow make my way to school, since mdm john doesnt wanna accept parent's letter, and going to the doctor is a waste of time.

anyway was just thinking. i miss those days, when my mum would fuss over me and help me apply ice-cold towels if i was sick.

hm whatever happened to that? guess that only happens when you're young.

i guess sometimes i just dont want to grow up, to have someone take care of me,the biggest problem is having to miss a tv show or the likes, and where emotions range from naive happiness most of the time, to just short moments of sadness cos everything is easily solved by a lollipop or two.

that's how simple and wonderful a childhood should be.

ok so hm updates on interclass & otherevents lol!

we lost to 3F

8-10. feel kinda bad about the last two penalty balls.

then we won 3D

30-0!

YAY! plus zhangqian my hero played although she injured her middle finger! everyone was awesome! =]

and 3F won 3D, seewei played really well too! haha cheered like mad

thankyou all who cheered for all of us!

so next match, against 3K. tough one.. but nvm we shall do our best! =]

oh yeah outside the courts, it was definitely as eventful. lol

qianhui dropped her phone into the drain, and zile volunteered to go down the drain to retrieve it.

at first shiying and i tried to pull up the drain cover but it wouldnt budge an INCH, so naturally we assumed it was stuck!

but haha zhangqian managed to lift it with one hand! superwoman! haha

and during the "rescue" of the phone, one of the drain cover slid down and kiapped her finger. blah it was so.. painful, esp the look on her face when dettol was applied. must have been hellish, all of us were wincing in pain though it wasnt us lol

but after that she could wiggle her fingers and say hello to me, so yup, fit to play! lol =]

hmm kinda nervous about the next one, seeing that they have really strong players lol. lichang!

but we, the 3G-strings of dhs, wont ever say die! =]

ok so last night we had sorta, a farewell dinner at the kopitiam near mr lim's house.

lol a lot of people overslept due to the movie marathon so they couldnt make it

after dinner went to his house and looked at all those newspaper articles he collected.

52 year of coaching experience.

and now he's leaving

well just wanted to say that he is a really great, encouraging coach who has really taught as a lot.

dont think there'll ever be a great coach as he is. they'll have a lot to live up to

will miss the familiar cap and shades.
