damnit. blogger is seriously cocking up. the draft i saved yesterday was gone as well.

anyway, bout YESTERDAY!
trip to the zoo. one word. no, one sentence.
it no longer holds the magical glory for me anymore, maybe because of age? but somehow my sis (10yrs) wasnt very excited throughout too.
but anyways, here's the UPDATE of the zoo
it has recently been renovated, with the addition of ELEPHANTS of ASIA and some other stuff
we can actually buy paintings that the elephants drew lol!
some random facts:
1.elephant dung can be made into paper. SMELLY.. ooh and they're afraid of CHILLI
2.contary to belief, polar bears NEVER slip
3.lizards can produce offspring without the need for fertilisation. the process is called Parthenogenesis or something.
4. Komodo Dragon' saliva is deadly, but their saliva dont affect their own species. oooh. means they can kiss then. hahaha
5. the bigger the nose of the proboscis monkey, the MORE ATTRACTIVE he is! haha. and fruits can kill them. thk gdness i'm not a proboscis monkey lol
my brother is an ANIMAL i tell you. one with a HUGE appetite. every animal he sees he relates to FOOD.
i think through his eyes, the animals probably appear as cooked, and on dishes too. -.-
he saw deer, and thought of LU ROU, see frog, thinks of TIAN JI...
we saw pot-bellied pigs, and of course my bro went : PORK -.-
kor and i like this green snake! cool colour, but it's slightly venomous
oh and there's one NEGATIVE change of the zoo. remember the animal farm, where you can feed all the goats?
well, now you CANT! no feeding at all. bleh. no fun.

I think it’s cool that the zoo had provided Braille information about the animals.

*and of course, who can forget! RED BUTTS. Looks gross, like SQUISHY brains. Ewewewew.
*it’s a tank full of COCKROACHES. Reminds me of FEAR FACTOR. Sis, Sushan(bro’s gf) and I immediately felt itchy all over.. ew

FYI, cab fare from the zoo to joo chiat is $16. hehs. cos kor decided that we should take the cab, since mummy gave us $100 and we only spent on food.
thk goodness. our legs were all about to give way. if it's shopping i can go on forever, but the zoo? lol

Was talking to yuhding yesterday, and his dp was this photo of him in kindergarten
Dad was like, “ why do I always that person’s picture?! So cute!” (in chinese of course)
Then after that mum came out and exclaimed “why so young?!”
My parents. Are very entertaining hahaha.
Must give them crash course on the wonders of msn and computer technology one day hehs.
oh and kor's gonna buy a PS2! heheheh. but i only like racing games..
oh and my mummy has weird logic. she told my brother she'll rather give him $1500 to buy a new com, then for him to go buy the PS2 (around 200plus). -.-
so i told her "mummy i wanna buy a PS2. but i wont mind if you give me $1500 instead leh. hahhaha"
