just got back from maternal ahma's house


several ppl were missing, eg 2nd aunt&family, married cousin&family, so suffice to say, it was a lot less boisterous and fun compared to last year's

and i seriously feel sick from bakwa =/

so mum made me drink this, which she claims will make me feel better -.?

half and hour later, and i still havent managed to finish the already very diluted drink. bleh

somehow i think this year's CNY doesnt have the atmosphere it used to have. rather boring actually.

i've even managed to complete some movies during these few days

verdict: sweet innocent show, but boring.

"new york minute" by olsen twins
verdict: soso chickflick i suppose but the outfits were hm. interesting?


"step-up" rewatched the dance parts
verdict: awesome dance moves as usual but as told by many, not much of a story


"material girls"
verdict: lameshit meant only to promote the Duff sisters.

"little miss sunshine" halfway thru it

verdict: seems like the one with the most decent plot and interesting characters, with a guy who has taken the vow of silence, a gay who tried to kill himself and a horny grandpa who doesnt like chicken for dinner. yup a dysfunctional enough family for me



i know i know, i shouldnt be wasting my time away. there's plenty of work to be done!
