12 more days to EOEOYS!

i'm gonna have 12 pieces of POST-ITs on my wall, and for everyday gone i'll happily tear one paper into pieces and throw them all over the room.

it's really to prevent me from tearing my notes into pieces. which i really really want to do after the exams, and create a BIG bonfire and invite everyone to throw in all their notes=]

anyway, i'm into blonde jokes now, dont know why lol.

ok NINE more days to EOYS.

but i'm more enthusiastic about counting down to the END of it. which is 19 days. bleh

anyway yesterday was kinda fun i guess. havent played vball in ages and staying back in school so late for the midautumn festival gave us an excuse to play more lol

then we had a pomelo-peeling contest. shiying was the representative! and the only girl lol

the concert after that was kinda ok i guess

funniest part when the teachers had to sing a song behind the curtain and we had to guess the song. it didnt help that they practically warbled and squeaked their way through, but it must have been deliberate lol.

and i got a light stick! james stole it from the track haha

TUESDAY- VAL'S BIRTHDAY! =]

and since yongseng's birthday was the day after, we celebrated their birthdays together

the cake-smashing ritual was rather mild this time round though lol

thursday in tuition, veron had mutant teeth! lol lazy to upload the video, go to yd's blog to check it out

had 3 major subject tests/quiz, and 2 -. other tests this week

bio, maths and chem. just glad they're all over and done with. wish it was the same for the bloody EOYS lol.

the other two tests were E&I and CME!
E&I, i did plenty of guesswork, luckily my guesses were pretty accurate lol
CME was hmmm.. i didnt know anything about any festivals and religions!
but whatever. failing CME test doesnt mean i dont have morals. it means i have a whole lot of morals because even though i didnt know the answers, i didnt cheat. assuming i failed, at least i failed with honesty and integrityhaha

i dont know why my paragraphs are all crammed together. bah i dont like seeing one whole chunk of words. damn blogger

these few days have been full of constant studying/attempts at studying, no life at all.

so there isnt anything interesting to post really, cept that today's HSK exam was a waste of time, and a certain someone has been getting on my nerves this week etc etc all mundane stuff

EARTHQUAKE ALERT!

felt myself swaying just a moment ago suspected there was an earthquake somewhere

told my mum and she laughed at me -.-

then a few minutes later my dad told me his friend at bukit timah felt the tremors too!apparently his cups collection hanging from the wall were shaking quite violently

ok received news that the earthquake is at Jakarta, 7.9 on the richter scale

hope there wont be any casualties or major disasters..

0.o just finished watching High School Musical 2

surprisingly, i kinda like it!? haha weird

it's a nonsensical and fun show haha. good way to relieve stress

but i think zac efron is darn gay in the show, though it is true he has nice eyes

and vanessa hudgens as gabriella.. hmm i find her laughter kinda irritating lol.

i love sharpay the most she's so ridiculous but funny! her brother Lucas doesnt appear much though

and the dance scenes are pretty cool, thought the whole thing is really unrealistic and candy-floss-like

i mean, who in the world will just suddenly burst into song on the golf course and run all over the place

but then again, it's a musical

dont like the ending, too cliched, everything is solved and of course, everyone bursts into song and dance (as usual)

but i like the song Bet On it.

ok seewei and yuhding says i'm becoming like my sis.

NOOOOO i swear i wont be like her i wont listen to it everyday for 4 months straight, i swear i wont watch the show everytime it is on disney channel

yesterday 3G survived a whole day (from 8am-5pm) of classes!

and the teachers were pretty nice to supply us with sweets to keep us awake haha

and now the school has full-length mirrors all around, for us to check if we're looking neat and tidy -.

though i suppose most people will just look at their hair and neglect the rest haha.

anyway i did a dumb thing that made me so pissed with myself. took 197 and ended up at POTONG PASIR instead of parkway. damnit.
had to cab down to tuition pfffft.

i swear, the route of 197 on the bus stop board did say that it'll stop opposite parkway.

bah.

grandma's friend wrote a memoir before he passed away

and now that his book is published, she finds out that there's this chapter which says she and grandpa caused a lot of quarrels between him and his wife

hahaha so she was ranting on the phone to someone. plus someone accidentally pressed the speaker button so the whole house can hear everything

to be frank i find it rather funny lol

anyway my sis is super obssessed with this:

HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY to all teachers out there=]

thursday - impromptu celebration at Mavis, for JAY JAY =]

it ended in wild cake-smashing, with seewei and veron being the main culprits lol

jayjay sportingly agreed to let veron dab some on his forehead lol

in the end he joined in the fun and went around smearing cake on other people lol

yesterday's school celebration was ok i guess, the teachers' performances were really funny

esp the "Little Red Riding Hood" by the LA teachers. impromptu but still hilarious lol

weird seeing mr kiw and all the other usually prim and proper teachers parading down the hall in their masquerade masks too

and i bet jianfeng has got more female admirers after his emotional tribute to teachers haha!

bought a banana for MR CAVE! =] qianhui bought 2, but hers are edible lol

went back to Kong Hwa after school celebration

loads of things have changed, those lucky kiddies now have THREE tvs at the canteen area to entertain them with episodes of MR BEAN!

back then we had to bring books to read -.

in the end only a handful of us came - wenjia, kelly, jocelyne, seewei, dominic, nevin, paul, mingjun

there werent many teachers that we could know already, most have retired or left for other schools

saw MS YAP, now known as Mrs Lee though.

she said we're still the best class she ever had hahaha

6/2 '04 rocks =] though most of us dont even keep in contact, but i guess it's inevitable

going back to school brings back fond memories, and looking at those small kiddies reminds me of happy, innocent days not plagued by exams and other matters

growing up is a hard thing to do lol
