Apparently 90 per cent of Singaporeans are less than happy, and why am i not surprised?

So the search is on for Singapore's Happiest Person!

The winner will stay for free at a beach club in the Thai resort island of Phuket.

Nominations for the happiest Singaporeans should be sent to happiest@simply-happy.com or mailed to 'Singapore's Happiest Person', GLA, Level 31, Six Battery Road, Singapore 049909

Haha feel free to nominate anyone whom you think worthy of being awarded the title of happiest singaporean, though the person must be above 18.

i wonder why? age discrimination pfft. perhaps the teenagers are excluded because we're all supposed to "angsty", and the kids excluded because they dont know any better and laugh at just about anything?

An excerpt from the article:

There is a difference between being successful and being happy, he noted. 'Success is getting what you want. But happiness is wanting what you get,' he said.
True ain't it? How many of us are striving for something, because we should, and not because we feel joy in doing so? I know I am. And it's really such a strain.

wish i have this right outside my house, so that whenever i'm about to burn my books i'll just go take all the rides:
roller coasters on the top of the tower!

A-W-E-S-O-M-E, stomach-churning, loads of adrenalin rush. just the thought of going on the rides someday makes me feel happy =] lamjiaxin we have a date yeah!
